Do not restrict what Abba can do because he is more capable than you can imagine: A touching sight (Part 1).

A touching sight (Part 1).

Last sunday during service, a very touching sight caught my attention. There were 3 youths seated 2 rows in front of me. The middle youth appears to be deaf because the two friends beside him gave him a handsign translation throughout the entire 1.5hrs sermon. I can't help but be touched by the deaf youth. His disability did not stop him from coming to church, nor did his disability kill his hunger for the Word of God. An innate sense of affection flooded my guts. This scene matched coincidently with what Pastor was preaching in the book of Zechariah.

(Zechariah 4:6-8,Amplified Bible)
6 So He said to me, "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel:

'Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the LORD Almighty.
7 "What [a] are you, O mighty mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become level ground. Then he will bring out the capstone to shouts of 'Grace! Grace to it!'

8 Then the word of the LORD came to me: 9 "The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this temple; his hands will also complete it. Then you will know that the LORD Almighty has sent me to you.

Abba declares it so clearly, It is not by your Might nor your power, but by His spirit which ensures NO MIGTHY MOUNTAIN will stand in your way for they will become level ground by solely believing in His Grace and His Spirit. Indeed, NO MIGHTY MOUNTAIN AND NO MIGHTY ACCUSATIONS/RIDICULES ABT HIS DEAFNESS detered this young deaf man from seeking Abba.

I am so deeply touched...
(I will continue in Part II to give you more insights into the context in which Zechariah 4:6-8 came about.)
